There is also a high likelihood of compatibility with jewellery from other manufacturers that participate in the APP Body Jewelry Verification Program and have achieved Phase 1 or Phase 2 verification. However, as we cannot physically test jewellery that has not been supplied by us, we cannot guarantee compatibility.

Other brands' compatibility?
For jewellery from manufacturers outside of these categories, we are unable to offer any assurances regarding fit or compatibility. This applies to both threadless and threaded jewellery.
If you choose to purchase components from us to use with jewellery obtained elsewhere, you do so at your own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for incompatible jewellery and are unable to offer returns or refunds for items that do not fit existing jewellery.
For posted orders:
We aim to ship out within two or three working days from ordering. Please be aware that we are not open on Sundays or Mondays.
At busier periods, it may take up to 5 working days to despatch your order as it takes someone in the studio to run to the post office! We're a very small team and we thank you for your patience in advance.
If you wish, you can drop us an email if the purchase is a gift, and you need it any quicker.
For in-store collection:
Please await an email from us (and do keep an eye on your spam folder) to let you know when your jewellery is ready for collection.
We are also more than happy to assist with fitting jewellery purchased online - just let us know!
We accept returns ONLY if the packaging has been completely unopened and within 14 days of purchase.
This is due to the nature of body jewellery being worn within the skin.
Thank you kindly for understanding.
Check your jewellery is tight regularly.
- For threaded jewellery: hold tight and twist to the right.
- For threadless jewellery: push the attachment and post in toward each other.
Threadless jewellery is held in place via tension on the attachment's pin within the post. Repeated removal and reinsertion of the attachment can straighten out the pin - this is completely normal.
If your attachment is feeling unusually loose, and re-bending the pin is not something you are comfortable performing, please get in touch with us so we can advise. We are very happy to tighten any jewellery for you in the studio, just book in for a 'jewellery change' on our online form! If living further afield and we're a bit far to get to, we'd be very happy to recommend a piercer closer to home (both UK-based or internationally) who can give you a hand.
Genuine gemstones can suffer if harsh chemicals are used.
