Marquise gem 4mm wide x 8mm tall fixed at one end to a barbell, with matching synchronized threading end

A discontinued but beyond fabulous piece, threading together for extra security – one end ‘timed’ to match pointing forward when tight – the pinnacle in manufacturing for nipple jewellery

Check your jewellery is tight regularly. For threaded jewellery: hold tight and twist to the right. For threadless jewellery: push the attachment and post in toward each other. Genuine gemstones can suffer if harsh chemicals are used
