Our lifetime repair policy does not cover loss and only applies to jewellery you currently own that was purchased directly from us

We accept returns ONLY if the packaging has been completely unopened and within 14 days of purchase this is due to the nature of body jewellery being worn within the skin. Thank you kindly for understanding
Check your jewellery is tight regularly. For threaded jewellery: hold tight and twist to the right. For threadless jewellery: push the attachment and post in toward each other. Genuine gemstones can suffer if harsh chemicals are used
